Refund policy

Items purchased in-store or online can be returned within 7 days with copy of receipt. All returns must be unopened, and in original packaging, for a full refund. All balloon sales are FINAL.


You can return online purchases by contacting customer service at party@socialrevelry.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include Order Number from original e-mail receipt. We will share an appropriate return address for the item(s) and return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. We will refund unopened items in their original packaging, excluding the cost of shipping. 


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at party@socialrevelry.com to coordinate an exchange or refund. Please include your Order Number for original e-mail receipt and photographs of item.
